About the Mastery Level Wheel
Whether you're assigning mastery of a cursed technique, a fighting style, or any skill in a roleplay or game, this mastery level wheel gives you a fair random result. Spin to land on one of six tiers ranging from absolute beginner to complete understanding. Used widely in JJK roleplays to determine how well a character has developed their innate technique, and in other anime and RPG communities for general skill assignment. Combine it with the cursed technique wheel to get both a technique and a mastery level in one session.
